Refund Policy

At FabriFactory, we want you to love your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

  • Returns: Due to the handmade and personal nature of earrings, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind or hygiene reasons.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at Contact@FabriFactory.com

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Exchanges: At this time, we cannot process direct exchanges. If you would like a different style, please place a new order once your refund is approved.
